Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, and services in coordination with Engineering, Project Management, and Site Teams.
- Review material requisitions and verify technical specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project and company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), ensuring proper documentation and adherence to approval workflows.
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Material Control and Warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and material movement between headquarters and job sites.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and communication logs for project traceability.
- Support budget control, cost analysis, and reporting for project procurement activities.
- Promote process compliance and continuous improvement in line with company procurement and quality procedures.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
