Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to provide support for day-to-day procurement operations. This role will focus on transactional purchasing activities to ensure delivery execution, accurate system updates, and clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Request and evaluate supplier quotes based on specifications and demand requirements Create and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies Monitor order confirmations and track delivery schedules Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time shipments and resolve delays Expedite materials from suppliers and within the Beehive network Update ERP/procurement systems with confirmed delivery dates and order status changes Communicate incoming shipment details and schedule updates to receiving and warehouse teams Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations Experience working with ERP or procurement systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Preferred Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment Familiarity with supplier management and expediting processes Ability to quickly integrate into existing processes and systems If this sounds like you, please submit an application with your resume.
