Role: Buyer II (Medical Device)

Location: Lake Forest, IL - 60045

Duration: Long-Term on W2

Shift Timings: 8 AM to 4 PM

- 100% Onsite role.

- Local candidates only, managers want in-person interviews.

Skills Looking For:

• The candidate will be working closely with the procurement group and IT team to help transition vendors between systems (mainly from Ariba to Coupa).

• They will become the procurement group's expert in both systems, leading vendor onboarding and addressing any system issues.

• Experience with systems like SAP, Ariba, and Coupa (Coupa being the priority).

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Excel and spreadsheets) is required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Vendor onboarding and managing transitions between Ariba and Coupa.

• Acting as a point of contact for users, providing system support and resolving any issues.

• Data gathering, analytics, and supporting procurement operations.

• Leading small projects and providing training to new users.

Education and Level of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience working with systems like Coupa or Ariba is essential.
