This role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of premium ingredients and products, ensuring high-quality standards while supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation andhandlungen & supplier relationship management. Job Responsibilities Analyze purchasing needs and requirements across the organization. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for quality and reliability. Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules. Manage purchasing contracts and agreements. Generate accurate purchase orders and track order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance. Maintain strong, productive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with operational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor market trends and stay informed about industry developments. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provide timely reporting on purchasing activities and performance metrics. Resolve issues جهت orders, deliveries, or invoices. Continuously optimize procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles preferred. Experience with inventory management, vendor relations, and contract negotiation. Proficiency with purchasing and inventory management software (Excel, ERP systems). Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
