Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join our team for a backfill position. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++, Linux environments, and Data Structures, with a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C++
• Work in Linux/Unix environments for development, debugging, and deployment
• Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize performance
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
• Optimize application performance and scalability

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17 standards preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience in multithreading and memory management
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with STL (Standard Template Library)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with network programming or system-level programming
• Knowledge of shell scripting
• Exposure to version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Experience in financial services or product-based environments is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
• 10–15 years of relevant development experience
