The C# Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications within the US healthcare domain. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies while ensuring alignment with healthcare business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Apply best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production and non-production issues. Develop and maintain data access layers using SQL Server and other relational databases. Implement and integrate web services and APIs using REST and SOAP standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes through collaboration and iterative development. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Proven experience within the US healthcare domain, including exposure to claims processing, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization. Experience developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Knowledge of healthcare security, privacy, and compliance standards. Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React. Experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
