Seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Programmer Analyst, Sr to join our dedicated team of professionals As an IT Programmer Analyst, Sr, you will play a crucial role in the development, platform management, and optimization of our critical software applications

Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Net technologies including C#, WPF, Net 4x, Web API, WCF, SSIS, and SQL Server
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner
- Take ownership of both support and new development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivering high-quality results
- Utilize Agile development processes such as Jira and Confluence to efficiently manage project tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members
- Apply CI/CD best practices and utilize tools like GitHub to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes
- Manage and optimize software platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Scale software platforms to support increasing workload demands
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases
- Plan and execute upgrades and updates of software platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions
- Lead and participate in the cloud migration and implementation of applications, leveraging AWS or other cloud providers
- Assess existing on-premises systems and recommend strategies for cloud migration, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure cloud security best practices are implemented in the cloud environment
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize hardware resources and plan system capacity
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to provide innovative solutions that drive business growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Net developer, with a strong focus on C# and related technologies
- Extensive experience working with WPF, Net 4x, Web API, and WCF
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in SQL Server and designing/developing SSIS packages
- Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based development is desirable
- Proficiency in LINQ and understanding of its implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and comprehend existing applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Postman
- Experience in managing, scaling, and optimizing software platforms
- Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases
- Experience with upgrades and updates of software platforms
- Prior experience in cloud migration and implementation, preferably with AWS or other cloud providers
- Understanding of cloud security best practices
- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
