Job Summary (List Format) CA RN Utilization Review Nurse:

- Position: Utilization Review Nurse (Registered Nurse)
- Location: California (within 30-mile radius of hospital; cities include Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Samoa, Fortuna)
- Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week (8:00am 4:30pm)
- Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Required Experience: Utilization Management
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Health Requirement: Proof of negative TB screen within past 12 months
