JOS2083 Cabinet Build / Assembly Lead - WI STATE
Starting wage: $25-35 per hour

Summary
The Cabinet Build / Assembly Lead is a front-line worker in the production operation, responsible for communicating the group's needs to complete weekly projects, such as materials, shop build drawings, and required ship dates. The role involves planning and delegating tasks for shop staff based on their abilities, training and developing staff, and maintaining a positive, safe environment.
Responsibilities
-Review all Shop Drawings prior to floor production
-Advise project management on production assembly
-Enforce company management policies and procedures
-Review and balance line workload and weekly schedule
-Conduct daily huddles to discuss projects and deadlines
-Ensure all subassemblies/parts are complete before build day
-Check machinery status daily to plan for cabinet assembly flow
-Provide technical assembly advice to engineering/project management
-Be part of the cabinet build team while still participating in companywide initiatives
-Assist with logistical needs from project management and the Operations Manager
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field preferred but not required
-Familiarity with production assembly and finishing practices
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
