We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom cabinetry, millwork fabrication, and on-site installation. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork according to drawings and specifications

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements

  • Install cabinets, countertops, and related millwork on-site

  • Ensure installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards

  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely

  • Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and handles

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker and/or Installer

  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery, and finishing techniques

  • Experience with woodworking tools and machinery

  • Ability to work with various materials (wood, MDF, laminates, veneers)

  • Strong measuring and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training or apprenticeship in cabinetry, millwork, or carpentry

  • Experience with custom or high-end residential/commercial projects

Work Environment

  • Shop and on-site installation settings

  • Physical work including lifting, standing, and tool operation
