Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire cables, harnesses, and related components
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately
• Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with small parts
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
