Summary:
-
Perform visual inspections on in-process and completed cables using various measuring devices and standards.
-
Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on specifications and customer requirements.
-
Work with blueprints, diagrams, micrometers, and inspection instructions to ensure quality standards.

Monitor and verify quality using statistical process control methods.
-
Willingness to perform assembly tasks related to inspection areas.

Communicate effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management to resolve quality issues.
Required Skills:
-
2-4 years of experience in cable harness inspection.
-
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, IPC-A-620, and cable inspection techniques.

Strong documentation and measuring skills.
-
Skilled in visual inspection and soldering.
-
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
-
Proficient in using PCs and related applications.
Desired Skills:
-
Experience with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.

Ability to work with various measuring devices (micrometers, scales, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with revision control and reference documents.
