PAY RATE: $19-$23/hour

We are a national staffing firm partnering with top-tier aerospace companies, and we are seeking first-class employees to join our clients' teams!

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

  • Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

  • Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna

Summary:

  • Perform visual inspections on in-process and completed cables using various measuring devices and standards.

  • Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on specifications and customer requirements.

  • Work with blueprints, diagrams, micrometers, and inspection instructions to ensure quality standards.

  • Monitor and verify quality using statistical process control methods.

  • Willingness to perform assembly tasks related to inspection areas.

  • Communicate effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in cable harness inspection.

  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings, IPC-A-620, and cable inspection techniques.

  • Strong documentation and measuring skills.

  • Skilled in visual inspection and soldering.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.

  • Proficient in using PCs and related applications.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.

  • Ability to work with various measuring devices (micrometers, scales, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with revision control and reference documents.
