Job Summary The Project Design Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the project design team. They work on various design tasks, including preparing drawings, calculations, and specifications. Key Responsibilities Prepare design drawings and specifications. Perform engineering calculations and analyses. Assist with the development of project design plans. Review and revise design documents. Coordinate with other project stakeholders. Resolve design-related issues and problems. Follow design standards and procedures. Education Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in project design. Experience with design software and tools. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Experience with design software and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Location and Travel 1171 Grill Road, Van Wert, Ohio 45891 May require travel to job sites. Work Environment Corporate office environment. This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work may vary and are somewhat flexible, but this position is generally required to work from the work location above Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Must be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays, when necessary.
