Job Summary:Our client is seeking a CAD Designer to join their team! This position is located in Bayport, Minnesota. Duties:Develop product design solutions by closely collaborating with product engineersGenerate 3-D CAD models to capture and communicate the design intentUpdate product engineering documentation to represent red-line changes aligning to the corporate standards, procedures and best practicesAct as the team CAD application and PLM process expertIdentify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and tasks and monitor project progress and take action to achieve timelinesDesired Skills/Experience:Completed Associate's Degree3+ years of experienceProficient 3D solid modeling CAD skillsWorking knowledge of a Product Data Management systemsWorking knowledge of material characteristics and tooling concepts influencing design requirementsTolerance and Datum FamiliarityProcess specific design familiarity: injection molding, extrusion, milling, etc.Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position starting at $70,000 - 75,000+.
