Our client is seeking a CAD Designer to join their team! This position is located in Bayport, Minnesota. Duties Develop product design solutions by closely collaborating with product engineers Generate 3-D CAD models to capture and communicate the design intent Update product engineering documentation to represent red-line changes aligning to the corporate standards, procedures and best practices Act as the team CAD application and PLM process expert Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and tasks and monitor project progress and take action to achieve timelines Desired Skills/Experience Completed Associate's Degree 3+ years of experience Working knowledge of a Product Data Management systems Working knowledge of material characteristics and tooling concepts influencing design requirements Tolerance and Datum Familiarity Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position starting at $70,000 - 75,000+ .
