Overview The Fountain Group is currently seeking a CAD Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Granville, OH . Details for the position are as follows: Pay Rate: $40-42/hr Duration: 10.5 months (Possible extension/conversion based on performance and budget) Responsibilities The role focuses on creation of 3D models and detailed drawings to accelerate prototype development as well as refine existing manufacturing designs. Create drawings for prototype concepts and equipment in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks. Generate models for 3d printed prototypes. Assists with building product and process prototypes and test stands. Runs prototype testing and evaluation in partnership with engineers. Qualifications An technical certification, associate degree or higher is required. Experience with 3d modeling and drawing creation using CAD software required (Autodesk Inventor, Autocad, or SolidWorks). Experience assembling drawings for production is required.
