* ### Asbestos data* ### Drawing data and version control* ### Project history data* ### Exhaust balance data* ### Fire and smoke detector databases for in-house operations* ### Specification data archives[Source: CAD Engineer (003).docx]* ### Create space utilization plans and workplace layouts that support client objectives and workplace strategies* ### Collaborate with workplace strategists, project managers, and facility managers to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings* ### Conduct field measurements and site surveys to verify existing conditions and ensure drawing accuracy across all building systems* ### Support stack planning, test fits, and feasibility studies as required* ### Design in-house clean room layouts with full understanding of environmental controls and specialized equipment requirements* ### Work closely with project teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and in-house tradespeople (electricians, mechanics, mechanical staff) to coordinate design documentation* ### Provide technical assistance to in-house trades to support their fieldwork and project execution* ### Attend project meetings and site walks to gather information and clarify project requirements across all building systems* ### Provide technical support during project planning, design development, and construction phases* ### Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the US portfolio (GRE – all US sites) to prioritize and manage workload effectively* ### Provide AutoCAD and technical support to other US portfolio locations on an as-needed basis* ### Adapt to varying project types, timelines, and client requirements across multiple locations* ### Maintain consistent communication with portfolio stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables# **Required Skills and Qualifications:*** ### Associate degree in CAD Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience* ### Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience producing AutoCAD drawings in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, architecture, or related industry* ### Required: Demonstrated knowledge of all building trades and systems (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC)* ### Experience supporting corporate campuses, research facilities, or large portfolio environments preferred* ### Background in clean room design, laboratory environments, or specialized industrial facilities strongly preferred* ### Expert proficiency in BricsCAD and AutoCAD 2023 (2D required; 3D knowledge a plus)* ### Knowledge of networking, computer equipment, and peripheral equipment* ### Database administration experience, including data management, version control, and information retrieval systems* ### Strong understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, building codes, and space planning principles* ### Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings across all building disciplines* ### Experience with clean room specifications, tooling documentation, and specialized equipment layouts* ### Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* ### Experience with additional design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial* ### Familiarity with facility management systems or IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, SpaceIQ) is a plus* ### Ability to prepare cost estimates for as-built and documentation projects* ### Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation across multiple building systems* ### Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse technical disciplines* ### Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams including architects, engineers, tradespeople, and facilities staff* ### Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative* ### Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines* ### Customer service orientation with commitment to delivering quality work products* ### Ability to translate technical information and support in-house trades with their fieldwork requirements* ### Primarily office-based work at the clients headquarters* ### Ability to conduct site surveys and field measurements as needed, including accessing mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other building infrastructure areas* ### Extended periods working at computer workstation* ### Physical ability to manage plotter equipment and flat file storage systems* ### Occasional travel to other US portfolio locations may be required (estimated <10%)At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
