About the role

World Leader, CBRE is currently seeking a CAD Coordinator to support project work in Broomfield Colorado.

The purpose of this position is to provide CAD support. Works under supervision of Senior personnel to perform CAD related workload

What youll do
  • Build, maintain & retrieve all team drawings for engineering or facilities including building plans, civil plans, and/or schematics.
  • Resolve technically involved problems as they relate to manipulation of CAD software for drawing management.
  • Provides support for our manufacturing sites, this includes process & utility drawings for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities and Site, Civil & U/G (underground) distribution drawings.
  • Provide site administration of the client EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) supporting the master/project drawing life cycle and maintenance & revision control of GMP drawings.
  • Provides support for our Healthcare sites.
  • Conducts surveys of our space.
  • Prepares Space reports for our facilities.
  • Assists with our work order management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Associates Degree preferred with an emphasis in related field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture or equivalent related experience.
  • Facilities or Technical Certificate (e.g., Architectural Technology or AutoCAD).
  • Experience with Revit and Micro-Station preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Facilities.
