Role : CAD Technician- Hospitality (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Lead production of CD drawing sets for hospitality projects
• Develop detailed millwork drawings, elevations, sections, and schedules
• Coordinate with AOR, GC, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure alignment between design intent and technical execution
• Support Construction Administration
• Collaborate with Principal and Creative Director to maintain project schedules and deliverables

Requirements

• 8 20 years experience in architecture or interior architecture
• Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit
• Significant experience in hospitality or complex interior environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Deep knowledge of U.S. construction standards; ADA familiarity preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage time across multiple active projects
• Freelance availability immediately is a strong advantage

Preferred

• Experience with luxury hospitality brands
• Strong organizational skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
