Responsibilities:

  • Handle coverage and insurance defense matters for the insured, litigation, and arbitration.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents, and provide high-quality legal advice.
  • Prepare and manage cases, offer legal strategies, and participate in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team.
  • Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.

Qualifications:

5+ years of litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience. Experience handling discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and court proceedings. A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Must have exceptional legal research, writing, communication, analytical, time management, organizational, and verbal skills. Admissions to California state bar is a must. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Skills:

  • Admissions to California state bar is a must.
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 5+ years of litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.
