Customer Service Representative Details and Compensation:
- Location: San Antonio, TX 78249 – Hybrid schedule 3 days on site
- Payrate: $19/hr
- Required Availability: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 7a-6p CST
- Training 8a-4p CST Mon-Fri
Customer Service Representative Summary and Highlights:
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of products.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
- Providing detailed order information.
- Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- MUST have 2+ years of VERY RECENT call center experience
- MUST be local to San Antonio - weekly on-site requirements
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
