Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team in Perryville, Missouri. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be  supporting customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple programs at once.

Job Title: In House Call Center Customer Service Representative

Location: Perryville, MO

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Time 6 month of on site training

What's the Job?

  • Provide proactive support and service to customers through effective telephone communication.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their banking experience.
  • Resolve service complaints using effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Support customers with internet banking inquiries and assist with account maintenance.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong reasoning skills to handle various customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using telephone and computer systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
