Full-Time | Monday–Friday | July Training Classes

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proud to partner with a valued client in Phoenix to hire full-time Call Center Representatives. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Accurately process customer payments
  • Initiate and monitor billing or service dispute cases
  • Provide account-related support and general service information
  • Document call details and case notes in the system
  • Follow company procedures to resolve customer concerns

What You’ll Bring:

  • MINIMUM of 2 years, recent experience, at each employer. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a phone-heavy, fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
