About the Role:

LHH is seeking experienced and career-focused Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Care Team! If you're passionate about helping people, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of job stability in recent call center roles, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers regarding violations.
  • Use systems and resources to resolve inquiries accurately on the first contact.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and clarity in every customer interaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and processes.
  • Meet performance goals including productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

 

What We Look For:

  • Recent experience in a high-volume call center(required)
  • Strong job tenure a minimum 2+ years in recent roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-first attitude


Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
