Call Center Jr Lead

Description: RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote . We are currently hiring for TuesdaySunday shifts that starts 3PM-11:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends . As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from potential customers. Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally. Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience. Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows. Deliver an exceptional customer experience Assisting with customer service-related call. Be available to cover a shift in a Leads absence Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Positive attitude with a desire to learn. Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call. Accurate data entry skills. Strong commitment to customer service excellence. Schedule: Monday: OFF Tuesday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Wednesday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am Friday: OFF Saturday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Sunday: 3:30pm - 12:00am Requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment. Must be available to work Saturday nights. Reliable means of transportation.
