This role is for a leader who knows how to drive numbers without ego or chaos—someone who believes great culture and strong performance go hand in hand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the charge on daily call center operations and appointment-setting performance
Coach, develop, and energize a high-performing call center team
Drive results across inbound and outbound calls while delivering an excellent customer experience
Own the numbers — monitor KPIs, run focused team meetings, and turn data into action
Partner with sales leadership to maximize schedules and boost conversion
🛠️ Handle escalations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience leading a call center or high-volume customer service team
Strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and accountability mindset
Ability to motivate diverse personalities while keeping standards high
Comfortable managing performance metrics, reports, and goals
⏰ Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

💰 $70,000–$95,000 compensation based on experience
