What You’ll Do

• Assist Guests: Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide guests through planning and booking their
vacations.
• Upsell with Ease: Recommend travel upgrades and options that enhance their experience and deliver value.
• Collect Payments: Confidently navigate payment processes to finalize reservations and secure bookings.
• Follow Proven Scripts: Use structured tools and processes to connect with guests and meet team goals.
• Provide Excellent Service: Deliver friendly, professional support that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Details
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: On-site in Wilmington, NC—must live in or near Wilmington or be able to commute daily.
• Requirements: Must be 18 years or older due to telemarketing financial transaction policies
