- Assist customers with technical inquiries and detailed service explanations.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into customers.
- Manage complex customer issues, providing solutions and facilitating effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the energy sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and services is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
