Bolnick Tax is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their tax-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, providing information about our services, assisting with appointment scheduling, and addressing client concerns with professionalism and empathy. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can represent Bolnick Tax with integrity and dedication.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to clients.
  • Assist clients with questions about tax services and appointment availability.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction with service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of tax services or prior experience in a call center is a plus but not required.
