The Leading Creek Conservancy District is in search of a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our community members, providing assistance, information, and support related to our conservation programs and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle inquiries in a calm and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact while being part of a dedicated team committed to the environment and community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from community members promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the Conservancy District’s programs and services.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or call center preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficient in using call center software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
