MK Weeden Construction, Inc is seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, and Live Chat Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
