What We Offer:

• Base Pay: $13–$15/hour.
• Incentives & Bonuses: Bi-Weekly opportunities to earn $1,200–$2,000+ for full-time agents.
• Schedule Options:
• Evenings: 12 PM – 8 PM.
• Weekends: Flexible scheduling.
• Biweekly Pay with benefits for full-time employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Set appointments for our in-home sales team – you’re not selling products, just opening doors for opportunities.
• Engage with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services.
• Strive to meet and exceed weekly targets with a positive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Candidates Only: Call center or telemarketing background required – this is not an entry-level position.
• A Killer Sales Attitude: Driven, motivated, and able to stay resilient in the face of “no.”
• Team Players with a Growth Mindset: Willing to learn and committed to crushing goals.
• Availability: Evening and/or weekend shifts are required.
