Job Title : Call Center SpecialistLocation : Phoenix, AZ, 85007Duration : 6+ Months (Possible tenure extension and permanent)Pay Range : $18-$20 per hrWork Schedule : Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PMJob Description:Answering incoming phone calls in a fast-paced environment.Resolving Tier 1 level issues -Reviewing taxpayer accountsVerifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key informationEducating taxpayers of online resources and current tax policiesSubmitting requests for payment arrangementsParticipation in all team engagement activities.SkillsStrong ability to multitaskBasic use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace Basic math skills are requiredGreat interpersonal skillsCommunicate well both in writing and verballyPreferred Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Bilingual or Spanish speaking is preferred.The previous two positions should each be at least one consecutive year in a fast-paced call center. National call centers in industries such as finance/banking, insurance, telecommunications (not technical support).
