The Senor Tequila is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support over the phone. Your goal will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate is patient, communicative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, products, and policies.
  • Log and track customer interactions and issues in the call center database.
  • Assist customers in resolving problems or escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in call center support or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain patient under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills for logging calls and navigating software systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and empathetic personality, committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
