MOSI is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our call center to provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach are essential to fostering strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a big plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in call center or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
