Job Title: Call Service Representative

Location: MOLINE, IL

Pay Range: $16 english speaking $18 French/English bi-lingual

Shift: Varied - must have flexibility

What's the Job?

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Learn and utilize computer software to support customer needs effectively
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
  • Ability to learn new computer software quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Background checks and drug screening required
