Educational Qualification : BE – Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience (in years) & Skills : Minimum 4- 10 years of experience in CAD, CAM & Automation is must.

• CAM – NX12 expertise.

• Vericut system knowledge

• TDM systems knowledge

• Problem Solving Methodologies

• C, C++, JAVA knowledge will be added advantage

Key Performance areas:

• Use NX CAM (Unigraphics) to create or modify CNC part programs for machine tools with 5 axes of motion.

• Develop, evaluate, and improve current manufacturing methodologies.

• Develop machining processes to improve cycle time and component quality.

• Solve CAM programs and G code through use of Vericut.

• Collaborate with other employees and teams for improvement opportunities, changes, and corrective actions.

• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate problems and improve product quality.

• Handle the manufacturing change process

• Achieve and support for agreed targets on Production, Quality and Productivity.

• Support for new products like Coropack, Extension products and assortment transfer.

• Work together with global Teams for new project.

• Support for manufacturing and inspection fixtures inhouse and localization manufacturing.

• Absorption of new technologies introduced in manufacturing by working on the CNC machines and set productivity norms with them.

• Maintain drawing database for product blank outsourcing, clarify & resolved the supplier queries
