Role Summary:

Flowserve Cookeville is hiring for an experienced CNC Machinist. In this position you will be responsible for the CNC machining and inspecting of manufactured components from the stainless-steel materials.

Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of CNC Machining (3- axis turning, 5-axis turning and milling operations).
• Able to follow drawing documentation and blueprints, paying close attention to detail.
• Ensuring quality control and daily machine maintenance.
• Full understanding of machine settings.
• The ability to perform machining on a variety of materials including Stainless steel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience
• Ability to perform general machine shop math and calculations
• Ability to read measuring devices such as scales and calipers

Preferred:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience solving technical problems
