Healio Strategic Solutions, a company within The Wyanoke Group, is searching for a Campaign Onboarding Manager, Digital Ad Operations, to join their growing team. The successful candidate will oversee the onboarding of client digital advertising campaigns, work with client, sales and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely launch, and manage a small team of Campaign Delivery Specialists. What You’ll Do: assist sales team in completion of campaign proposals create, review, receipt and revise campaign contracts facilitate internal communications with key stakeholders regarding contracted campaigns oversee intake of all campaign assets act as a subject matter expert for campaign implementation and issue escalation manage delivery designated team members What You’ll Bring: 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably at a publisher knowledge and proficiency with MS Excel strong communication and problem solving skills solid understanding of digital metrics, tracking methodology and digital advertising trends the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality of tasks Nice To Have: proficiency with major ad serving and measurement platforms such as GAM, DoubleVerify, and Crossix completion of a college degree The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience and equity with internal team members.
