Lagomarcino's has been making the Quad Cities and beyond a sweeter place for over 100 years. We are seeking a Candy Store Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

We are looking for cheerful, motivated, and reliable team members to help enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Welcome customers
Explain products and services to customers
Fill orders
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Run the register, handle payments, and follow cash procedures
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Help customers with chocolates, candy, and ice cream

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Love working with people and problem solving
Very detail-oriented, organized & accurate
​​​​​Basic math skills
Ability to build rapport with customers & coworkers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to work Saturdays
