We are seeking an experienced CAPA Engineer to support the Supplier Quality team in addressing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to supplier auditing and monitoring processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure effective resolution of the CAPAs and will be responsible for identifying gaps, performing root cause analysis, and driving the CAPA process to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to address 2 CAPAs related to supplier quality processes.
  • Undergo 2 weeks of training on internal procedures and CAPA scope.
  • Perform root cause analysis, process mapping, and identify corrective actions for the assigned CAPAs.
  • Independently manage the remaining CAPA tasks, meeting with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Write technical documents supporting the CAPA process, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
  • Identify gaps in supplier quality processes, propose corrective actions, and drive CAPA resolution to completion.
  • Work onsite and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely CAPA closure.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in CAPA management and Supplier Quality.
  • Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
  • Ability to work independently and drive CAPA processes from initiation to completion.
