Job Title: Capital Markets Product Owner (Agile)Location: Purchase, NY (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Duration: 12+ months contract with possible extension Pay Range: $55 to $70/hr on W2Summary:We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support a Capital Markets platform initiative. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners to define and manage project scope and deliverables, with an initial focus on Syndicate and Fixed Income products.Key Responsibilities:Review and manage documentation requirements across multiple stakeholdersOwn scope documentation within Agile frameworksLiaise between Technology and Business teams to understand and translate project requirementsDefine and prioritize product roadmap, release planning, and business requirementsIdentify and groom product backlog (epics, user stories); support backlog refinement and sprint planningDefine user journeys, workflows, and business processes aligned with product goalsSpecify acceptance criteria and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Work with UX teams on wireframes, flows, and interaction designPrepare presentations, user demos, and status updates for stakeholdersTrack KPIs and adoption metrics; incorporate user feedback into future releasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, legal, and cyber/fraudRequired Skills & Experience:4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project ManagerStrong Agile and JIRA experience is requiredDeep understanding of Capital Markets, particularly:Fixed IncomeSyndicateStructured ProductsDetail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independentlyProven experience in delivering digital platforms and toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBA/BS degree preferred, but not requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with trading desks, sales, legal, compliance, and risk teamsExperience in developing innovative web or mobile applications in an Agile environmentFamiliarity with data modeling and flow designPlease connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at .
