Company Description

At MAXISIQ, curious minds tackle real-world challenges that matter. Teams develop, test, and secure advanced technology powering today’s and tomorrow’s missions. We experiment with the latest tools, prototype new solutions, and see projects go from concept to action. You will apply technical expertise to projects requiring rapid prototyping, secure integration, and the development of actionable solutions for clients who depend on leading-edge capabilities. Creative problem-solving is encouraged, and growth happens through hands-on work across software, hardware, and network security. If you want to make an impact, solve complex technical puzzles, and help defend critical systems, this is a place where your skills matter and your ideas shape the future of technology.

Job Description

This is a strategic, high-impact role combining advanced solutions architecture, federal capture management, and relationship leadership. The successful candidate will serve as both architect and capture lead, representing MAXISIQ to federal partners, designing winning technical solutions, and shaping the pipeline for opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture Leadership & Lifecycle Management:
Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts from strategic engagement and deal qualification to proposal development and team formation. Execute capture strategies, win themes, competitor analysis, and pricing tactics to ensure successful contract wins and business growth.
  • Technical Solutions Architecture:
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and refine architectures for AI/ML, cybersecurity, digital engineering, networking, and tactical communications. Convert agency requirements into scalable, modular, and compliant technical narratives and architectures for proposals.
  • Operational Alignment & Mission Impact:
Bridge customer mission needs and technical opportunities, ensuring solution delivery enhances readiness, resilience, and operational superiority.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation:
Monitor trends in federal procurement, acquisition, and technology, to inform pipeline decisions and solution approach.
  • Internal Collaboration & Practice Development:
Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, and templates for solution engagements. Work across technical, contracts, pricing, and executive teams to align strategies and execution plans.
  • Industry Representation:
Represent MAXISIQ at executive briefings, technical showcases, and industry events. Deepen relationships with federal clients, partners, and the acquisition community.
  • Strategic Federal Partnership Development:
Build and nurture trust-based relationships with primes, subcontractors, and government leaders to expand MAXISIQ’s presence and capabilities.
Qualifications

  • 15+ years of direct federal or DoD experience, including program leadership and hands-on capture management.
  • Demonstrated success developing technical solutions architectures for federal proposals or operational programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related discipline.
  • Broad understanding of federal and DoD acquisition life cycles, procurement structures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, digital engineering, and tactical communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident executive presence.
  • Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
  • Proven relationship builder, technical strategist, and trusted advisor
  • Track record of successful contract wins and pipeline expansion
