As a vital member of our healthcare family, you will play an essential role in shaping the rehabilitation experience of our cardiac patients.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive cardiac rehab programs, fostering a supportive environment, and guiding patients through exercise regimens and lifestyle modifications. You will work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, providing education and encouragement while helping patients regain their strength and confidence.

In addition to overseeing patient assessments, you will be instrumental in tracking their progress and adapting treatments to meet individual needs. Your contribution will ensure that our patients not only recover physically but also feel supported mentally and emotionally throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the State of Texas
• ADN degree in Nursing or RRT, holding a current certificate
• Two (2) years’ experience in cardiac rehab required
• Must maintain current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for patient education and support
• CPR cand ACLS certification must be maintained
