The successful candidate will lead a novel, visible, comprehensive, and data-driven preventive cardiology and wellness program that integrates overcoming barriers to optimal care through lifestyle medicine, genetics, imaging, and digital health to prevent and predict cardiometabolic disease. The position offers a robust and flexible mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities within a major university-based Heart Institute. MD, DO, or MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent). Board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible/board certified in Cardiovascular disease. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, with interest in academic medicine, patient care, and/or programmatic development. Additional training (eg. teaching and administrative responsibilities), certification (in echocardiography, cardiac CT/MRI), and those with training in preventive cardiology, lipidology, cardiometabolic disease, women's heart health, or digital health who aspire to help build a nationally recognized preventive program are encouraged to apply.
