Cardiac Cath Lab RN Cardiac InterventionalShift: 10-hour shifts Days: 4 days/week Standard hours: 07:3018:00 Early starts: 06:3017:00 (or until procedural completion) One late shift to finish the last patient Call requirement: 1 night/week Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every other monthMinimum 2 years clinical experience Active NC or Compact license Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Diagnostic & interventional cath procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI) Impella and IABP insertion/management Sheath removal, ACT monitoring Procedural sedation monitoring Dysrhythmia interpretation IV/infusion management, vasopressors, emergency medications Ability to scrub and circulate in the cath labAssist in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and post-procedure recovery. Manage patient sedation, including monitoring vital signs and responding to changes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the cath lab.
