Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistJoin a dynamic Cath Lab & IR team where your technical expertise directly supports life-changing cardiac and vascular care. In this role, you will assist with a wide range of advanced proceduresincluding percutaneous diagnostic and interventional cardiac/vascular interventions as well as open surgical proceduresworking under the direct supervision of a physician.You will play an essential part in the daily workflow of the department, contributing to high-quality patient care and imaging. Responsibilities include:Obtaining optimal radiographsSupporting physicians in a strictly aseptic environmentActively monitoring patients with the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in conditionSuccess in this position requires maintaining a strong, in-depth understanding of complex diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular equipment and supplies, along with the ability to assist confidently in their use. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Graduate of a two-year invasive cardiovascular program or successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist programUpon Hire: Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or Washington Radiologic TechnologistUpon Hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International or National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic TechnologistsNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hireNational Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire1 year of previous Cath Lab experience1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology
