As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Broward County clinics, ensuring every patient receives the high-quality care they deserve. You’ll collaborate with our providers, operational teams, and external partners to deliver efficient and compassionate care across both in-person care and virtual settings.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the Backbone of Clinic Operations
    • Provide crucial support for our MSK clinics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in both in-person care and virtual settings.
    • Partner closely with Motion MSK providers to deliver a delightful and efficient patient experience.
  • Support and Streamline Processes
    • Manage scheduling, billing, and referrals while tracking key metrics to optimize workflows.
    • Oversee the end-to-end referral process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up for patients and partners.
  • Build Relationships
    • Foster strong connections with clinical and operational teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their care journey.
  • Define and Refine Operations
    • Under the guidance of the General Manager, help shape and improve clinical operations workflows to deliver high-quality patient care at scale.
    • Continuously assess and enhance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all care settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related hands on experience
  • Have relevant work experience
    • Worked in an ambulatory practice as a patient care coordinator, referral coordinator, or medical assistant
    • Created and maintained operational workflows
    • Partnered successfully with physicians to enable outstanding care delivery
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, with experience working across teams and fostering partnerships.
  • A proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
  • It’s a plus if you are multi-lingual or have start up experience
