Caregiver 0524R (Wilmington, IL)

Join our team and earn $1,000 sign on bonus during your first six months of employment!

Locations: Wilmington, IL,

Salary Information:

Community Day Services CDS (Monday-Friday Only) $18.75

Residential: $19.75; PM/Afternoon shift- $20.25

Working less than part time: $21.00; PM/ afternoon shift- $21.50

Schedule Opportunities:

  • Full time, M-F (40+ hours per week)
  • Part time (at least 30 hours per week)
  • Less than part time (Less than 20 hours per week)

Shift Opportunities:

  • 1st Shift: 8am-4pm
  • 2nd Shift: 4pm - 12am
  • 3rd Shift: 12am - 8am

Job duties for an Independent Living Coach include:

  • Accompany the people we support to community events such as sporting events, museums, shopping, and other fun activities
  • Helping with everyday tasks, such as personal care, social interactions, and preparing meals
  • Transportation to jobs and appointments
  • Participating in a variety of activities that teach, maintain, and/or strengthen skills for a more independent lifestyle

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean background check
  • Pass a basic reading comprehension test.
