Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a male client in Fort Worth. This position is ideal for a caregiver who is punctual, receptive to feedback, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Schedule Requirement
We are specifically seeking a caregiver who can consistently commit to all three scheduled shifts each week:
Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assist with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan
Provide medication reminders
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
Complete required documentation and care logs accurately
Provide transportation as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Client-Specific Expectations
Arrive on time for every shift. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Wear scrubs or professional attire while on duty.
Refrain from wearing perfume or heavily fragranced products.
Limit personal phone use and remain focused on client care throughout the shift.
Complete and maintain all required log sheets and documentation accurately.
Communicate proactively with the office regarding any scheduling concerns or supply needs.
Minimum Qualifications
At least one year of caregiving experience (agency, facility, or private care)
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow and implement a client's Plan of Care
Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback
Must be reachable by phone or email for schedules, updates, or emergencies
Experience with senior care, personal care, or dementia care is a plus
